Adjacent to the kitchen, it is furnished with a large table that can accommodate the group. Very bright thanks to a French door which leads to a terrace and from this, via a few steps, directly to the backyard.

Furnished with sofas and armchairs, they can be used to spend time in company, watch TV, or to retreat and enjoy a private corner

The independent rooms, with en-suite bathroom,
they are different from each other and guarantee the privacy of each guest.

The villa is a 3-story building with two flights of stairs, elevator and can accommodate up to 22 guests.
The recent renovation has allowed each room to be equipped with its own bathroom with shower or bathtub and every other modern service, while maintaining their original and typical atmosphere unchanged, full of spaces that make a comfortable stay easier.
The furnishings with authentic period furniture, with attention to detail, make each room elegant and comfortable and each different from the others in its typicality.
